A diet rich in oranges, leafy greens and berries was correlated with increased strength and performance in men.

Note to Men: When you remind your children and grandchildren to eat food. Later in life, the performance loss(erectile dysfunction) risk can be reduced.

The message of a new report, published in the journal Neurology on 21 November 2018, seems to be like this. Researchers at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in Boston reviewed the findings of repeated dietary tests carried out within the follow-up study for the experiment, which was partly financed by the National Institutes of Health.

This survey filled out questionnaires about their intake of the fruits, vegetables and other food five times over a span of 20 years for more than 27 000 adult males, (average age at the beginning of the research: 51 years), all of whom were healthcare professionals. Twice over the course of the study, students have completed questionnaires about their reasoning and performance skills.

The researchers find, 34 percent less likely than men who ate the lowest volume of veggie were to acquire bad thought skills for the people who consumed the most vegetables (6 serving either 1 cup of raw vegetables or 2 cup of leafy greens daily) (just 2 servings per day). In all, 6,6% of men who consumed most vegetables performed poorly, compared to 7,9% of men who consumed the most poorly.

Orange juice, or oranges, Can help, Too much

Oranges are a round, divided, pitted citrus fruit. Depending on choice, the flavour may vary from ripe, sweet to bitter – Valencia, Seville and Hamlin are more popular. Most oranges are available all year round with the exception of species with a shortened season, such as blood oranges.

Oranges are popular for their content of vitamin C, a potent antioxidant that helps to prevent damage to cells. The NRV (Nutrient Reference Value) of vitamin C is supplied to adults in a medium orange.

They also produce compounds known as flavanones that promote wellbeing. Research has shown that these citrus phytochemicals allow the body and shield us from heart disease and cancer, as well as some anti-inflammatory, antiviral and antimicrobial effects.

The fibre, vitamins B, vitamin A, calcium and potassium are also a healthy supply.

In addition, the researchers say that the probability of men using orange juice every day was lowered by four seven percent compared with men who consumed less than one serving a month to improve bad thinking skills. Of the participants in the survey, 6.9 per cent drank the orange juice every day, while 8.4 per cent drank it less than once a month.

The reason for this may be because orange juice, as published in the 2013 Journal of Alternative Research, is a principal source of carotenoid beta-cryptoxanthin,’ which has been related to sexual performance. “Because the calories in fruit juice are normally large from concentrated fruit sugars, ideally only a small glass or four to six ounces of juice per day is better consumed. The entire fruit, which includes the additional benefits of fiber, is much easier to use instead.” Men can also cure ED by taking Veggies and Fruits. ED can treat by medicines like Super Tadarise, Fildena, and many more. They are having common side effect so better to take veggies and fruit, While fruit and veggies both are healthy and does not have any side effect. They are natural. Men can also improve their thinking by it.

In the study the men who consumed the most fruits per day were also less likely to develop bad reasoning, but, since they were also the largest user of vegetables and orange juices, they did not draw clear conclusions among fruit-eaters among other healthier diet choices (e.g. unrefined cereals, legumes, and some dairy products).
